1. Cass Hatcher working hard to recruit a grocer to Korner Kupboard location.
2. Plans to acquire shotgun homes on Ash Street and demolish.

• 1255 Calhoun Street is scheduled for demolition.
• New downtown connector in plan
1. Currently Little Richard Parkway ends at Telfair sending traffic through Beall’s Hill to downtown
2. Plan is to extend Little Richard all the way to 2nd Street along the RR tracks. This would provide a more direct route to downtown.
• Piles of garbage in streets/alleys; Next neighborhood cleanup with In-Town Macon Neighborhood Association
• New neighbors to welcome?
• New Code Enforcement issues?
